World stock exchanges ended Friday in the red

The U.S., European and Asian major stock indices ended the last trading session of the last week with a drop of 1.8%.

In the USA Dow Jones was down 1.2%, S&P 500 1.5%, NASDAQ 1.69%. This was the second consecutive day of decline after Thursday's 2% decline. The main negative factor was the weak statistics on the national economy, which continued to disappoint the players on Friday. In particular, according to the published data the income growth of American citizens in January turned out to be lower than analysts' expectations: it amounted to 0.6% against the expected 1%. Household spending, on the other hand, exceeded expectations, rising 1.8% compared to December. Analysts had forecasted the figure at 1.3%.

European indexes were down on Friday on pessimism from the U.S., losing 0.37% -1.78%. Asian stocks closed mostly negative (within 1.68%) due to the negative dynamics of the American indices on Thursday.
