Oil prices are rising, but still possible on the market mood swings, warns UBS

Oil market sentiment quickly shifted from pessimism to excitement - players previously worried about filling of oil storage tanks, now they expect a rise in prices due to hopes for a recovery in demand and a decline in production. However, UBS nonetheless warns against being overly optimistic. The company's experts point out that the pace of recovery oil demand in the second half of the year cannot be predicted. Do not do it focus on the growth in demand for gasoline, because due to possible changes in customer behavior is not very reliable indicator. Premature rise of quotations may again lead to an increase in inventory. Amid collapsing prices producers were forced to cut production, but with their growth, they can build it up again. This will negatively affect the mood of the players, whose optimism is maintained just reduction in production, noted in UBS. In general, the company expects the price of Brent to rise to $ 43 by the end of the year.
