Business is extremely pessimistic about world economic outlook

According to a PwC poll, only 27% of chapters companies expect global GDP growth this year. Total in the survey was attended by about 1580 managers. PwC analysts are concerned about these results as the sentiment of business leaders is a reliable indicator the course of the global economy. More than half of respondents (53%) believe that in this year, the growth rate of world GDP will slow down - this the maximum number in the last 11 years. Study PwC showed that pessimistic sentiment prevails in all countries of the world, however, it is most pronounced in North America, where deceleration is expected to be 63% businessmen. According to analysts, over the past two years pessimism in the business environment grew, but such there has been no level since the global crisis. Macroeconomic forecasts are deteriorating, due to which investment will be expected to decline from companies. At the beginning of the week, the IMF once again lowered forecast for the growth of the world economy in the current and next years - new estimates are equal to 3.3% and 3.4%, respectively
