On Monday, the dollar retreated from its record high in three months against a basket of other major currencies, and the Euro steadies after falling on Friday to the lowest level since July. The US dollar index which shows purchasing power of the dollar against a trade-weighted basket of six major currencies by 10:30 Moscow time has decreased on 0,16% to 94,58, departing from the maximum of three months 95,06, which was recorded on Friday.
